摘要
目的探讨普罗帕酮联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片在冠心病心律失常患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院冠心病心律失常患者80例,依据随机数字表法分组,对照组40例给予琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗,观察组40例给予琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片+普罗帕酮治疗,比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后24 h动态心电图各指标(早搏次数、短阵室速阵、ST段降低持续时间)变化情况,并统计不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组70.00%(P<0.05);治疗8周后观察组早搏次数、短阵室速阵及ST段降低持续时间低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为10.00%,对照组为7.50%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论普罗帕酮配合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片可改善冠心病心律失常患者24 h动态心电图,疗效显著,且联合用药安全可靠。
Objective To explore the application effect of propafenone combined with Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release Tablets in patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia.Methods 80 cases of coronary heart disease arrhythmia were selected in our hospital and grouped according to the random number table method.40 cases in the control group were treated with Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release Tablets,and 40 cases in the observation group were treated with Metoprolol Succinate Sustainedrelease Tablets+propafenone.The changes of clinical effects and 24h dynamic electrocardiogram before and after the treatment(the number of premature beat,the short array of ventricular velocity and the duration of the ST segment decreased)were compared,and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups was statistically analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90%(36/40),higher than that of the control group 70%(28/40)(P<0.05).After 8 weeks treatment,the duration of premature beat,short ventricular tachycardia and ST segment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10%(4/40),while that in the control group was 7.50%(3/40).There was insignificant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Propafenone combined with Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release Tablets can improve the 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram in patients with coronary heart arrhythmia.The effect is significant and the combination of drugs is safe and reliable.
