摘要
目的探讨利福喷丁联合胰岛素强化降糖对于糖尿病合并肺结核患者的临床疗效。方法选择2016年1月至2017年12月本院门诊收治的80例糖尿病合并肺结核患者采取随机数字分组方法分成两组,对照组40例给予常规治疗方案,观察组40例给予利福喷丁联合胰岛素强化降糖,对两组患者临床疗效进行比较。结果治疗前,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖差异无统计学意义,(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组痰菌转阴率、病灶吸收率、空洞闭合率均显著高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率15.00%低于对照组的25.00%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论给予糖尿病合并肺结核患者利福喷丁联合胰岛素强化降糖治疗,可显著降低患者血糖指标,对改善肺结核临床体征,降低不良反应的发生也具有重要临床价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of rifapentine combined with insulin in intensive hypoglycemic therapy for diabetes mellitus patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 80 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with tuberculosis from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.40 patients in the control group were given routine treatment,and 40 patients in the observation group were given rifapentine combined with insulin for intensive hypoglycemic treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 hour blood glucose between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 hour blood glucose in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance;sputum negative conversion rate,focus absorption rate and cavity closure rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance;0% was lower than 25.00% in the control group,but there was no significant difference.Conclusion Rifampentin combined with insulin intensive hypoglycemic regimen for diabetes mellitus complicated with tuberculosis can significantly reduce the blood sugar index,and has important clinical value for improving the clinical signs of tuberculosis and reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions.
