摘要
分析了水库灌区灌溉管理中存在的问题,如管理人员缺乏管理热情,服务质量有待提高,收费管理存在漏洞,对工程建设缺乏重视等,针对问题提出优化水库灌区灌溉管理的措施,应加强绩效管理,提升服务质量,优化收费管理,完善工程建设,落实节水改造,加大执法力度,以提升灌区灌溉管理工作,促进我国农业发展。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the irrigation management of the reservoir irrigation area,such as the lack of enthusiasm in management,the need to improve the service quality,the loopholes in the charge management,the lack of attention to the project construction,etc.,puts forward the measures to optimize the irrigation management of the reservoir irrigation area,which should strengthen the performance management,improve the service quality,optimize the charge management,improve the project construction,and implement the water-saving reform In order to improve irrigation management and promote agricultural development in China,we should strengthen law enforcement.
