摘要
结合工程量清单计价模式,提出做好招标准备工作、优化评标机制、科学编制工程量清单、重视合同价款形式及合同条款的约定等措施,希望能够为造价控制营造良好条件,达到用低成本建设高质量水电工程的目的。
Combined with the pricing mode of bill of quantities,this paper puts forward some measures,such as making good preparations for bidding,optimizing the evaluation mechanism,scientifically preparing the bill of quantities,paying attention to the contract price form and the contract terms,in order to create good conditions for cost control and achieve the purpose of building high-quality hydropower projects with low cost.
