摘要
将自动化技术引入机械制造行业的价值体现主要包括其可提高生产效率,完善安全性能,降低总体成本。自动化技术在机械设计制造中的应用主要体现在计算机集成系统、自动化检测技术、柔性自动化技术这三方面。自动化技术在机械设计制造中的发展方向主要体现在数字化应用、智能化应用、虚拟化应用和综合化应用上。
The value of introducing automation technology into machinery manufacturing industry mainly includes improving production efficiency,improving safety performance and reducing overall cost.The application of automation technology in mechanical design and manufacturing is mainly reflected in three aspects:computer integrated system,automatic detection technology and flexible automation technology.The development direction of automation technology in mechanical design and manufacturing is mainly reflected in digital application,intelligent application,virtual application and comprehensive application.
