摘要
影响农村电商物流发展的主体元素有政府、电商和物流企业、社会公众、农村居民等。因此,通过构建由这四个主体元素组成的农村电商物流"四元主体"模型可以分析各元素间的相互作用关系和在生命周期不同阶段的作用机理。研究表明:政府、电商和物流企业、社会公众、农村居民四个主体元素在促进农村电商物流协同发展过程中需要协同,且存在反应循环、催化循环、超循环等现象。因而,要实现农村电商物流主体元素的协同发展,政府应进一步加大对农村电商物流行业的支持和监管力度;电商和物流企业应积极培养专业人才、建立对外和对内双向沟通对话协商机制和平台;社会公众应从科研、宣传、体验等角度挖掘和传播农村电商物流的相关信息;农村居民应努力提高自身综合能力、多关注有关农村电商物流发展的相关政策和行业发展去向以提升对农村电商物流业的认识、把握农村电商物流行业的机遇。
The main-body elements that affect the development of rural e-commerce logistics include government,e-commerce and logistics enterprises,the public and rural residents.Therefore,by constructing the "Four-dimensional" model of rural e-commerce logistics consisting of the four main-body elements,we analyze the inleraclion between the elements and the working mechanism in different stages of the life cycle.Research shows that the four main-body elements of government,e-commerce and logistics enterprises,the public and rural residents need to collaborate in the process of promoting the coordinated development of rural e-commerce logistics,and phenomena such as reaction cycle,catalytic cycle and hyper cycle exist.Therefore,to achieve the coordinated development of the main elements of rural e-commerce logistics,the following suggestions are put forward:(1) Government should further increase the support and supervision of the rural e-commerce logistics industry;(2) Ecommerce and logistics companies should actively train professionals,establish external and internal two-way communication,dialogue and negotiation mechanisms and platforms;(3) The public should actively collect and disseminate relevant information of rural e-commerce logistics for the purpose of scientific research,publicity,and experience;(4) Rural residents should strive to improve their comprehensive capabilities,pay more attention to the relevant policies and development trend of rural ecommerce logistics to enhance the understanding of rural e-commerce logistics industry and grasp its development opportunities.
