摘要
市政基础设施建设对市民日常生活质量乃至整个城市的发展起到至关重要的作用,建设现代化的超大型城市需要与之相配套的基础设施,从而来创造良好的生活环境,提高城市经济效益和社会效益。本文通过概述城市市政设施管理内容,分析超大型城市在市政设施管理中存在的问题,围绕法律法规、管理体系、管理手段等方面探究优化超大型城市在市政设施管理中的途径,提升市政工程施工水平。
Municipal infrastructure construction can play a vital role in the overall development of the city,and will have an impact on the city’s strength,urban scale and so on. The construction of a modern, super-large city requires supporting infrastructure to create a good living environment and improve urban economic and social benefits. By outlining the management content of municipal facilities,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of municipal facilities in the super-large cities,and explores ways to optimize the management of municipal facilities in super-large cities around laws and regulations,management systems and management means,so as to improve the level of municipal engineering construction.
