摘要
目的:建立UPLC法分析连翘主成分的含量变化以评价不同产区连翘的质量差异。方法:用UPLC法分别测定10批连翘药材中连翘酯苷A、连翘苷、槲皮素的含量,结合多指标层次分析法计算3种主成分的权重,根据权重计算每个样品的综合评分来评价各产地连翘的综合质量。结果:湖北省十堰市产连翘药材中综合评分普遍较高,质量较好。结论:这一研究结果可为当地连翘药材的开发利用及产业化发展提供参考。
Objective UPLC method was established to analyze the content changes of the main components of Forsythia suspensa to evaluate the quality difference of Forsythia suspensa in different producing regions. Methods The contents of forsythiaside A, phillyrin and quercetin in 10 regions were determined by UPLC. The weights of the three main components were calculated by multi-index analytic hierarchy process. According to the weights, the comprehensive scores of each sample were calculated to evaluate the comprehensive quality of Forsythia suspensa. Results The comprehensive score of Forsythia suspensa in Shiyan City, Hubei Province was generally high and the quality was good. Conclusion The results of this study could provide reference for the development and industrialization of local Forsythia suspensa.
