摘要
本文以国家标准《旅游资源分类、调查与评价》(GB/T18972-2017)为参照,采用专家问卷调查法对海西州旅游资源单体进行分类和调查;运用基尼系数和规模度指数两种定量方法对海西州旅游资源进行空间分布特征分析;结合海西州旅游资源的特征和依存环境,构建旅游资源评价的指标体系并设计评价问卷,采用层次分析法(AHP)进行评价。研究结果表明:(1)海西州旅游资源丰度等级较高,总量较多,类型丰富多样;数量上赋存自然和人文两类旅游资源;普通级旅游资源占据主导地位,优良级旅游资源较少,特品级旅游资源尤为稀少,品级结构呈典型的"金字塔"型。(2)海西州旅游资源在各行政区域内呈不均衡分布且空间分布规模差异性较大。(3)旅游资源价值差异性显著,呈现出高水平、中水平和低水平三种等级。旅游资源评价及空间特征分析对海西州旅游业的可持续发展极具重大意义。
The national standard Tourism Resource Classification,Investigation and Evaluation(GB/T18972-2017) is taken as reference,and the expert questionnaire method is used to grade and classify tourism resources in Haixi.Combined with the characteristics and dependent environment of tourism resources,the tourism resources evaluation index system is constructed and the evaluation questionnaire is designed.Meanwhile,such two quantitative methods as Gini Coefficient and Scale Index are used to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of tourism resources.The findings reveal that:(1)tourism resources in Haixi are characterized by high abundance,large amount and diverse types and boasts large number of natural and cultural tourism resources;the tourism resources of ordinary level occupy the dominant position,while the tourism resources of fine level are few,the tourism resources of special grade are especially rare;the structure of grade is typical "pyramid" type.(2)As for the spatial distribution of tourism resources:tourism resources are unevenly distributed in each administrative region and the spatial distribution scale is quite different.(3)the value of tourism resources varies significantly and presents such three levels as high level,medium level and low level.Tourism resource evaluation and spatial characteristics analysis are of great significance to the sustainable development of tourism in Haixi.
