摘要
针对掘进工作面粉尘污染严重且难治理的问题,在分析传统降尘措施及方案不足的基础上,提出可实时跟踪掘进机工作面位置的旋转喷雾降尘系统,并对其关键部件及关键参数进行选型设计。将其应用于实际生产中并取得了良好的降尘效果,可将其在实际掘进工作面中推广应用。
In view of the serious and difficult problem of dust pollution in tunneling face, based on the analysis of the shortage of traditional dust control measures and schemes, a rotary spray dust control system which can track the position of roadheader face in real time is proposed, and its key components and key parameters are selected and designed.
