摘要
针对储能容量限制的问题,提出一种通过确定负荷区间调整储能电站运行的控制策略,对储能电站充放电功率的选择做出合理优化;针对因负荷预测误差较大导致的储能控制策略峰谷识别不准、储能电站充放电运行时容量利用率不佳等问题,提出了一种实时调整削峰填谷目标的调峰控制策略,对储能电站的运行策略进行最优配置。基于某地区实际用电负荷数据和短期负荷预测的算例,验证了该控制策略的可行性和有效性。
Aiming at the limitation of inaccurate peak and valley identification of the energy storage control strategy due to the large load prediction error and poor capacity utilization during charge and discharge operation of the energy storage power station, a peak regulation control strategy to adjust the operation of the energy storage power station by determining the load interval is proposed to reasonably optimize the choice of charging and discharging power of the energy storage power station. For load forecasting for the larger error caused by the energy storage control strategy in peak identification, energy storage power station is not allowed to charge and discharge the problem such as poor runtime capacity utilization, a real-time adjusting peak cut target dynamic load of the control strategy is proposed. The method to make full use of the energy storage station capacity as the prerequisite, in order to realize the wave trough period of load throughout the day can be adjusted as the goal, operation strategy, the optimal configuration of energy storage power station. The feasibility and effectiveness of the control strategy are verified based on the actual load data and short-term load forecasting example..
