摘要 为了促进可再生能源的消纳并满足多类交、直流负荷的用电需求,亟须分析确定交直流配电系统的发展形态和发展路径。结合人工神经网络和模糊识别理论,提出的模糊神经网络可以有效地评估上述问题。首先,构建了交直流配电系统发展阶段的评价指标体系。其次,通过每个指标的参考样本,建立了交直流分配系统的模糊隶属度函数,用于发展阶段评估。然后,采用插值方法对参考样本和模糊输出进行插值,从而建立输入与输出之间的对应关系。最后,将交直流配电系统的发展阶段评估问题转化为模糊识别问题。在充分利用神经网络的自组织和自学习能力的基础上,评估了交直流配电系统的发展阶段。以实际的交直流配电系统为例,验证了所提出指标体系和评估算法的有效性。评估结果可以准确地确定交直流配电系统的发展阶段,为网络框架的建设和可再生能源的消纳提供指导。 Given in order to promote the consumption of renewable energy and meet the demand of multiple AC/DC load,it is necessary to analyze and determine the development pattern and path of AC/DC distribution system.Combined with artificial neural network and fuzzy recognition theory,the proposed fuzzy neural network can effectively evaluate the above problems.Firstly,the evaluation index system of AC/DC distribution system is constructed.Secondly,the fuzzy membership function of AC/DC distribution system is established through the reference samples of each index,which can be used for the evaluation of developmental stage.Thirdly,interpolation is used to interpolate the reference sample and the fuzzy output,so as to establish the corresponding relationship between the input and output.Finally,the developmental stage evaluation of AC/DC distribution system is transformed into fuzzy identification.On the basis of making full use of the self-organizing and self-learning ability of neural network,the development stage of AC/DC distribution system is evaluated.The effectiveness of the proposed index system and evaluation algorithm is verified by an actual AC/DC distribution system.The evaluation results can accurately determine the developmental stage of AC/AC distribution system and provide guidance for the construction of network framework and the consumption of renewable energy.
