环磷腺苷葡胺注射液联合依那普利对慢性心力衰竭的疗效 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨环磷腺苷葡胺注射液与依那普利联合治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的效果。方法选取2017年12月至2018年11月于河南圣德医院就诊的94例CHF患者,以随机数表法分为两组,各47例。对照组接受常规抗心衰治疗,联合组在其基础上加用环磷腺苷葡胺注射液和依那普利。对两组患者疗效、治疗前后心功能、日常生活能力进行比较。结果联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后两组左室舒张末期前后径(LVEDD)和左室收缩末期前后径(LVESD)低于治疗前,左室射血分数(LVEF)高于治疗前,联合组LVEF较对照组高,LVEDD、LVESD较对照组低,治疗后联合组ADL评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论环磷腺苷葡胺注射液联合依那普利可提高CHF治疗效果,改善心功能,提高患者日常生活能力。
