摘要 纯电动汽车整车性能分析是整车设计的前提,但是建立准确的纯电动汽车分析模型存在困难。基于AVL-Cruise软件对纯电动汽车整车的等速续驶里程、100 km耗电量、汽车动力性等进行系统分析。以某款车型为例建立仿真模型,通过对动力总成参数的设置,利用AVL-Cruise软件计算相关性能指标并与实车测试结果进行对比分析。结果表明,仿真模型计算结果与实车测试结果比较一致,为整车性能开发提供了理论依据。 Performance analysis of pure electric vehicle is the premise of vehicle design, but it is difficult to establish accurate analysis model of pure electric vehicle. Based on AVL-Cruise software, the constant speed driving range, power consumption of100 km, and vehicle dynamics of a pure electric vehicle are systematically analyzed. A simulation model is established by taking a certain vehicle model as an example. Through setting the powertrain parameters, the relevant performance indexes are calculated by AVL-Cruise software and compared with the actual vehicle test results. The results show that the calculation results of the simulation model are quite consistent with the test results of the real vehicle, which provides a theoretical basis for the development of vehicle performance.
