真菌的分子生物学鉴定的方法及原理,真菌DNA碱基组成的分类鉴定、DNA分子杂交、真菌mtDNA限制性片段长度分态性的分析以及随即扩增多态性DNA分析。
This article analyzes theories and methods of discerning fungi in molecule biology, classification and discerning of fungi DNA basic group, DNA molecule hybridization, length of fungi mtDNA's restricted fragment distribution and random expanded multi-pattern DNA.
