摘要
十几年来,高校关工委在高校学生思想政治教育、人格与心理的完善、教育教学质量的监督以及青年教师师德的修养、教学经验的提升与帮扶等方面发挥了重要作用。面对新形势、新要求,高校关工委应发挥老同志优势,加强领导机制、队伍遴选与建设机制、工作聘用机制等长效机制建设,在高校党建、社团指导、结对帮扶、督导和培养青年教师等方面开展工作。
Over the past dozen years,Caring for the Next Generation Working Committee in Colleges and Universities has played an important role in many aspects,such as conducting students’ideological and political education,improving personality and mentality,supervising educational and teaching quality,enhancing young teachers’professional ethics and teaching experience etc.Facing new situation and requirements,this Committee needs to give full play to the competence of senior personnel,strengthen long-term mechanism construction in the following areas,such as leadership mechanism,working team selection and mechanism building,employment mechanism etc.Relevant tasks should also be effectively carried out in terms of political party construction,guidance for students’community,pair support,instruction and training of young teachers etc.
