摘要
目的:探讨团体认知行为疗法对冠心病患者心理状态、应对方式及不良事件的影响。方法:将2016年1月1日~2019年7月31日收治的80例冠心病患者采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组在常规护理基础上实施团体认知行为疗法;比较两组干预前后心理状态[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、应对方式[采用医学应对问卷(MCMQ)]及不良事件发生情况。结果:干预后,两组SAS、SDS、回避、屈服评分均低于干预前(P<0.05,P<0.01),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,两组面对评分高于干预前(P<0.05,P<0.01),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.01);研究组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将团体认知行为疗法应用于冠心病患者护理中,能缓解患者负性情绪,改善应对方式,从而降低不良事件的发生率。
Objective:To investigate the effects of group cognitive behavioral therapy on the psychological states,coping styles and adverse events in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease admitted from January 1,2016 to July 31,2019 were randomly divided into research group and control group with 40 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the research group was given group cognitive behavioral therapy on the basis of routine nursing.The psychological states(SAS,SDS),coping styles(MCMQ)and adverse events were compared before and after the intervention between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,SAS,SDS,avoidance and yield scores in both groups were lower than before the intervention(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the research group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).After intervention,the facing score of the two groups was higher than that before intervention(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse events in the research group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Group cognitive behavioral therapy is applied in the nursing care of patients with coronary heart disease,which can relieve the negative emotions of patients and improve the coping style,thus reducing the incidence of adverse events.
