摘要
目的:探讨闭环式反馈控制法在亲缘外周血造血干细胞移植术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2016年2月1日~2017年7月31日收治的亲缘外周血造血干细胞移植术患者38例为对照组,采用常规护理方式;选择2017年8月1日~2019年1月31日收治的亲缘外周血造血干细胞移植术患者38例为观察组,采用闭环式反馈控制法;比较实施前后护理人员的护理水平,比较两组护理满意度、术后并发症发生情况、手术前后血清蛋白水平[包括血清白蛋白(ALB)、转铁蛋白(TRF)、视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)]。结果:实施闭环式反馈控制法后,护理人员护理观念、无菌意识、专业技能、健康知识评分高于实施前(P<0.01);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);术后1周,两组血清ALB、TRF水平均低于术前(P<0.05);术后1周,观察组血清RBP水平高于对照组和术前(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:对亲缘外周血造血干细胞移植术后患者应用闭环式反馈控制法进行护理,能显著提高护理人员的护理水平,提高患者满意度,降低并发症发生率,改善患者营养状态,值得临床推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of closed-loop feedback control in patients with peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods:A total of 38 patients with peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation from February 1,2016 to July 31,2017 were selected as the control group and the routine nursing was used.A total of 38 patients with peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation admitted from August 1,2017 to January 31,2019 were selected as the observation group and the closed-loop feedback control nursing was given.The nursing level of nurses,the nursing satisfaction,postoperative complications,and serum protein levels before and after the implementation were compared between the two groups[including serum albumin(ALB),transferrin(TRF),retinol binding protein(RBP)].Results:After the implementation of the closed-loop feedback control method,the scores of nurses′nursing concept,aseptic consciousness,professional skills and health knowledge were higher than before the implementation(P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).One week after the operation,serum ALB and TRF levels in both groups were lower than those before the operation(P<0.05).One week after the operation,the serum RBP level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and before the operation(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of closed-loop feedback control to nursing care of patients after peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation can significantly improve the nursing level of nursing staff,increase patient satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the nutritional status of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
