摘要
目前,血小板功能检测是评价抗血小板治疗效果的主要工具,但能否根据其指导个体化的抗血小板治疗尚存争议。同时,研究新的、更精准的血小板功能检测方法具有十分重要的意义。本文就当前常用的和正在研究中的血小板功能检测方法,及临床上容易被忽略的影响因素做一综述。
Platelet function test is the main tool to evaluate the effect of antiplatelet therapy.However,whether individual antiplatelet therapy can be guided by platelet function testing is still controversial.At the same time,it is of great significance to study newer and more accurate methods for the detection of platelet function.This review summarized the current commonly used and under-researched methods of platelet function test,and the factors easy to be ignored clinically.
