摘要
目的:分析子宫肌瘤经产妇患者应用腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗后效果及对患者术后再次妊娠的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将我院91例经产妇子宫肌瘤患者分组,对照组45例给予开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,观察组46例给予腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,对比两组患者手术效果、术后并发症发生率、再次妊娠时间、早产率及流产率。结果:观察组手术时间、足月产率高于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血量、再次妊娠时间、并发症发生率、术后排气时间、早产率、流产率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤剔除术对机体损伤小,术中出血量低,有效降低患者术后并发症发生率,更利于子宫肌层恢复,缩短术后再次妊娠时间,减少早产、流产发生率,改善妊娠结局。
Objective:To analyze the effect of laparoscopic uterine myomectomy after uterine fibroids and the effect of postoperative pregnancy on patients with uterine fibroids.Methods:A total of 91 patients with maternal uterine fibroids were enrolled in our hospital by random number table method.45 patients in the control group were treated with open uterine fibroids and 46 patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic uterine fibroids.The surgical outcome,postoperative complication rate,re-pregnancy time,preterm birth rate and abortion rate were compared.Results:The operation time and full-term yield of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss,re-pregnancy time,complication rate,postoperative exhaust time,preterm birth rate and abortion rate were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic uterine fibroids removal has less damage to the body and lower intraoperative blood loss,which can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,is more conducive to the recovery of myometrium,shortens the postoperative pregnancy time,reduces the incidence of premature delivery and abortion,and improves pregnancy outcomes.
