摘要
大多数恶性肿瘤起病隐匿,发现时已经处于中晚期的患者较多,恶性肿瘤患者往往经历着多重症状的困扰,学术界将这些有集群现象的症状集合称之为症状群。中医药在恶性肿瘤的治疗中具有多靶点、综合调节等优势,其对症状群的干预值得进一步探索,文章对目前国内外症状群的相关研究进行综述。
Most malignant tumors have insidious onset,and many patients are already in the middle and advanced stage when they are diagnosed.Malignant tumor patients often suffer from multiple symptoms,and in the academic circle these clusters of symptoms are called symptom clusters.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has the advantages of multi-target and comprehensive regulation in the treatment of malignant tumors,and its intervention in the symptom clusters is worth further exploration.This paper reviewed the related researches of symptom groups at home and abroad.
