摘要
目的:探讨医护一体化模式联合动态质控管理在护理质量管理中的应用效果与价值。方法:2017年1月-2018年12月收治患者110例,分为两组,各55例。在护理质量管理方面,对照组采用常规质控管理;试验组采用医护一体化模式联合动态质控管理。比较两组患者护理质量、对护理服务满意程度、护理纠纷发生情况。结果:试验组基础护理、护理安全、健康教育、物品管理、护理文书等项目评分及对护理服务的满意程度均明显优于对照组,而护理纠纷总发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对在院治疗的患者开展护理服务期间实施医护一体化模式联合动态质控管理,可明显提升院内护理质量与患者满意程度,降低护患纠纷的发生,保证患者在院治疗期间的安全性。
Objective:To explore the application effect and value of integrated medical and nursing mode combined with dynamic quality control management in nursing quality management.Methods:110 patients were selected from January 2017 to December 2018,they were divided into the two groups with 55 cases in each group.In terms of nursing quality management,the control group adopted routine quality control management methods,the experimental group adopted the integrated mode of medical care and dynamic quality control management.The nursing quality,satisfaction degree of nursing service and the occurrence of nursing disputes were compared between the two groups.The scores of basic nursing,nursing safety,health education,goods management,nursing documents and the satisfaction degree of nursing service in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,while the total incidence of nursing disputes was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated mode of medical and nursing and dynamic quality control management can significantly improve the quality of care in hospital and patients'satisfaction,reduce the occurrence of nurse patient disputes,and ensure the safety of patients during the hospital treatment.
