大直径钻孔灌注桩套管桩头整体破除法应用 被引量:21

摘要 归纳现阶段施工过程中常用钻孔灌注桩桩头整体破除的施工方案,对比传统人工破除法,结合四川大学华西天府医院项目桩基数量多、直径大、工期紧、地质复杂等特点,改良机械法破除桩头整体混凝土施工工艺,发明套管桩头破除法,采用PVCU薄壁管隔离主筋,电胶布和封口胶封堵固定的方法,改善钢筋混凝土与主筋发生握裹现象,提高工效,降低成本,具有良好的实施效果。 This paper sums up the common construction schemes of the integral breaking of the pile head of the bored cast-in-place pile in the current construction process,the traditional manual breaking method is compared,the mechanical method to break the pile head concrete construction process is improved,the casing pile head breaking method is invented,and PVCU thin-walled pipe is used to isolate the main reinforcement and electricity,combining with the characteristics of the project of West China Tianfu Hospital of Sichuan University,such as the large number of pile foundations,large diameter,tight construction period and complex geology,the method of sealing and fixing with adhesive tape and sealing adhesive can improve the grip between reinforced concrete and main reinforcement,improve work efficiency,reduce cost,and have good implementation effects.
