摘要
全科医师是居民健康的守护者,不仅要有扎实的业务功底、良好的人文素养和出色的管理能力外,还应有执着的科学精神和参与科研和教学的能力。我国全科医学起步晚,全科医师缺乏科研意识,在日常工作中缺少科研能力的培训、实践和指导,且针对全科医师科研发展的研究也较少。文章通过检索国内关于全科医师科研能力的相关2篇文献,一篇是《全科医生科研工作现状调查研究》,另外一篇是《上海市杨浦区基层医疗机构科研能力现状及对策研究》,通过对比分析全科医师目前科研现状和存在的问题,并借鉴丰台区方庄和朝阳区大屯社区卫生服务中心科研经验,提出相应的对策,旨在提高全科医师科研能力。
General practitioners are the guardians of residents’health.They not only need to have solid professional skills,good humanistic qualities and excellent management skills,but also should be equipped with strong scientific spirits and abilities to participate in research and teaching.The general practice in China got started late,general practitioners lack the sense of scientific research and are also short of related opportunities,such as training programs and pratical curriculums.Besides,there are few studies on the development of general practitioners'scientific research.In this paper,citing and comparing two related paper,Investigation and Research on the Current Situation of General Practitioners'Scientific Research and Status and Solutions for the Scientific Research Capabilities in Primary Care Providers in Yangpu District,Shanghai.This paper analyzes the present situation of research and the existing problems of general practitioners by searching relevant literature on the scientific research abilities of general practitioners in China.Based on the scientific research experience of Fangzhuang community health center in Fengtai district and Datun community health center in Chaoyang district,the paper proposes corresponding countermeasures to improve the scientific research abilities of general practitioners.
