摘要
乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,张学文教授认为本病初期多以邪实为主,肝郁、痰浊、热毒、瘀毒内蕴,导致气机运行不畅,痰气交结发生本病;日久则损伤正气,本虚之证突出,以脾肾阳(气)虚、气血两虚、肝肾阴虚多见。故本病的主要病机为正气不足,痰气交结。张教授认为正气不足是肿瘤发生的根本,扶正应贯穿肿瘤治疗的全过程。总的治疗原则为扶正祛邪,根据患者具体情况采用理气化痰、清热解毒、活血化瘀、软坚散结等治法。自拟经验方康泰汤加减治疗,疗效显著。
Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women.Professor ZHANG believed that the causes in the early stage of the breast cancer were mainly the excess of pathogenic factor including the excessive pathogen,stagnation of liver qi,phlegm turbidity,heat-toxicity,and accumulation of blood stasis,which resulted in the sluggish circulation of qi and the occurrence of vital qi-junction.With the time prolong,the vital qi was impaired and syndrome of deficiency was exhibited mainly including the yang(qi)deficiency of spleen and kidney,deficiency of both qi and blood,and yin deficiency of liver and kidney.Thus,the main pathogenesis of this disease is deficiency of vital energy and phlegm-qi junction.Professor ZHANG believes that deficiency of vital energy is the fundamentals of tumorigenesis,and strengthening the body resistance should run through the whole process cancer treatment.The general principle of treatment is to strengthen the body resistance and dispel pathogenic factors,and the treatment methods of regulating qi-flowing for eliminating phlegm,clearing heat and removing toxicity,activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis,softening firmness and dispersing nodules were adopted according to the specific conditions of patients.Clinical application of Kangtai Decoction,a self-made empirical prescription,has a remarkable effect.
