摘要
“医者,意也”,古代医学文献屡见不鲜,被仰为先行。但古代对其辨析研讨的文字甚少,近年渐多。文章对“医者,意也”的文化渊源进行考证,梳理字书中“意”的释义,分析古代哲学、文学对“意”理解,阐释医家、中医学著作中“意”的论述,比较中医“辨证论治”与“医者意也”关系,有助于深刻理解中医理论体系及临床思维和认识模式的形成。
‘The healers,the yi’,which is prerequisite in medical literature,and it is not uncommon.In ancient times,there are few words to distinguish and discuss it.However,it has growing number in recent years.This paper will makes a textual research on the cultural origins of‘the healers,the yi’,sorts out the meaning of‘the yi’in the ancient,analyzes the interpretation of‘The yi’in ancient philosophy and literature,and sets forth‘the yi’in medical books and functions of Chinese medicine.Comparing the relationship between‘dialectical treatment’and‘the healers,the yi’also assists readers have a deeply understand in the formation of TCM theoretical system and clinical thinking and cognitive models.
