摘要
针对桥式起重机的金属结构可靠度计算方法特点,提出响应面法可靠性分析方法。从起重机金属结构的强度、静刚度进行了可靠性分析,并对灵敏度进行了探讨。将Visual Studio软件与ANSYS有限元软件的APDL语言相结合,开发了通用桥式起重机可靠性分析系统。通过分析工程算例,得到了灵敏度分析中随机参数对结构的影响程度和效果,为金属结构优化设计人员提供理论和技术指导。
The crane model was established according to the crane’s metal structure and mechanical characteristics,the actual engineering failure probability is small,considering the random variables under the condition of strength,using probabilistic design system module in the ANSYS response surface method of crane metal structure static stiffness,dynamic stiffness reliability and sensitivity are discussed,the reliability is obtained can be quantified,obtained by sensitivity analysis of random parameters on the degree and the effect of structure optimization design,can provide reference for design of metal structure.
