结构式家庭护理对乳腺癌根治术患者心理弹性及自护能力的影响 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨结构式家庭护理对乳腺癌根治术患者心理弹性及自护能力的影响,评价其应用价值。方法选取2018年6月-2019年10月接收的乳腺癌根治术患者64例,将其分为对照组(32例)与观察组(32例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用结构式家庭护理。比较分析两组干预前后心理弹性及自护能力评分变化情况。结果干预后,观察组CD-RICS量表中坚韧、自强、乐观评分均比对照组高,且ESCA量表中健康知识、自我概念、责任感、自我护理技能评分均比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对乳腺癌根治术患者实施构式家庭护理的应用效果明显,有利于提高患者心理弹性及自护能力水平,优化生活质量,促进其早日康复。
