摘要
目的评价中医辨证施护对慢性盆腔炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取慢性盆腔炎患者84例,利用双盲随机分组法将病例分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组给予常规护理治疗,观察组在对照组护理基础上给予中医辨证施护,从症状改善情况、护理临床有效率、复发率比较2组临床护理效果。结果 2组完成施护方案后,观察组症状改善情况、护理临床有效率、复发率均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证施护能够有效改善慢性盆腔炎患者的症状,临床有效率较高,远期复发率较低。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the patients with chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods A total of 84 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected,and divided into control group (42 cases) and observation group (42 cases) randomly.The control group was given routine nursing treatment while the observation group was given TCM syndrome differentiation nursing based on the nursing of the control group.The clinical nursing effect of the two groups was compared from the improvement of symptoms,clinical efficiency of nursing and recurrence rate.Results After nursing,the improvement of symptoms,the clinical effective rate and recurrence rate of nursing in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the symptoms of the patients with chronic pelvic inflammation,the clinical effective rate is good,and the long-term recurrence rate is low.
