摘要
目的研究肿瘤病理诊断中冰冻切片技术的应用价值。方法选择2018年8月~2019年8月医院病理科在手术中接受送检肿瘤样本200份作为研究对象,对照组100份肿瘤样本采用常规石蜡切片;研究组100份肿瘤样本采用快速冰冻切片技术,比较两组的诊断符合率。结果研究组100份肿瘤样本的符合率明显优于研究组对照组100份肿瘤样本的符合率,存在明显的差异性,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤病理诊断过程中应用冰冻切片技术具有良好的应用效果,能够精准、快速的诊断肿瘤的性质,为后续的治疗提供强有力的支持和帮助,值得全面推广和使用。
Objective:To study the application value of frozen section technique in the pathologicdiagnosis of tumor.Methods:200 samples from the department of pathology of the hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the subject of the study,and 100 tumor samples in the control group were cut with conventional paraffin.The 100 parts of the tumor samples of the study group were using the rapid frozen section technique to compare the diagnostic accuracy of the two groups.Results:The coincidence rate of 100 tumor samples in the study group was significantly better than that of 100 tumor samples in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the pathological changes of the tumor,the application of frozen section technique in the process of diagnosis has good application effect,can accurately and quickly diagnose the nature of tumor,and provides strong support and help for subsequent treatment,which is worth popularizing and using in an all-round way.
