摘要
二氧化碳压缩机及合成气压缩机在机组运转过程中,时常由于推力瓦温度高导致压缩机不得不降负荷运行,通过系统分析发现瓦块工作面的制造精度与瓦温存在直接关联。推力瓦块为扇形结构,加工制造工艺流程为整圆加工后按角度均匀切开,最后需要在瓦块端面通过冲死的方法组装销钉,如此一来便造成了瓦块推力面的变形出现。文章重点介绍了一种应用磁盘辅助加工的工艺方法,解决瓦块加工变形问题。
CO2 compressor and synthetic gas compressor in the process of unit operation,the compressor have to down load operationby the high temperature of the thrust bearing tile,the fact that the bearing tile temperature is directly related to the manufacturing accuracy of the tile working surface is found throughsystematic analysis.Thrust bearing tile are fan shaped,the manufacturing process is to cut evenly according to the angle after the round processing.Finally,the pins need to be assembled in the end face of the tile by stamping,and the deformation of the thrust surface of the tile isappeared.This paper mainly introduces a method of magnetic chuck-assisted machining to solve the problem of bearing tile deformation.
