试论焊接钢管压扁试验开裂的原因 被引量:1

摘要 焊接钢管是指对钢板或钢带实施弯曲变形处理,将其弄成方形或圆形之后,再实施焊接的钢管。此种钢管表面均带有接缝,所使用坯料多以带钢或钢板为主。由于焊接钢管在工程建设等领域中发挥着极大的作用,所以社会各界一直极为注重钢管质量控制,并着重对钢管压扁试验检测展开了分析。文章将重点对焊接钢管压扁试验开裂原因展开分析,期望能够对焊接钢管使用提供一定帮助。 Welded steel pipe refers to the steel pipes that are welded after the steel plate or steel strip are given bending deformation treatment and made into a square or round shape.There are seams on the surface of this kind of steel pipe,and most of the billets used are strip steel or steel plate.As welded steel pipe plays an important role in engineering construction and other fields,people from all walks of life have always focus on steel pipe quality control,as well as the analysis of steel pipe flattening test.This paper will focus on the analysis of the causes of cracking in the flattening test of welded steel pipe,which is expected to provide some help for the use of welded steel pipe.
