摘要
注塑成型虚拟仿真实验以提高学生工程实践能力为落脚点,基于塑料成型工艺及模具设计课程所授理论知识,结合生产实际,以典型制件为例,构建了真实实验基础上的虚拟实验。设计了学生自主分析设计环节,包括:塑件结构分析、工艺方案确定、塑件缺陷成因分析及改进等。旨在调动学生的学习兴趣和积极性,培养学生解决工程问题的能力,提升学生创新意识。
The virtual simulation experiment of injection molding takes the improvement of students’engineering practice as the starting point.Based on the theoretical knowledge taught in the course of“Plastic Molding Process and Mold Design”,combined with the actual production,and taking typical parts as examples,a virtual experiment based on real experiments is constructed.The experimental platform designed the students’independent analysis and design links,including:plastic part structure analysis,process plan determination,plastic part defect cause analysis and improvement,etc.The aim is to mobilize students’learning interest and enthusiasm,cultivate students’ability to solve engineering problems,and enhance students’innovative awareness.
