摘要
目的:探讨鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法:纳入2017年5月—2019年2月江西省宜春市第二人民医院收治的80例慢性鼻窦炎患者,依据随机对照原则分为两组各40例。对照组接受常规手术治疗,观察组接受鼻内窥镜手术治疗。比较两组患者手术效果及术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组手术总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症总发生率为5.00%,明显低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎效果优于常规手术,且并发症也更少,可作为治疗该病的优选术式。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis.Methods:Eighty patients with chronic sinusitis treated in Second People’s Hospital of Yichun City,Jiangxi Province from May 2017 to February 2019 were enrolled and according to the principle of randomized control divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine surgery,while the observation group received endoscopic sinus surgery.The operation effect and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 95.00%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 77.50%in the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications was 5.00%in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic sinus surgery is superior to routine surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis,and has fewer complications,which can be used as an optimal surgical method for the treatment of chronic sinusitis.
