摘要
目的调查患者对医院门诊获得健康教育的需求和满意程度,为改进健康教育策略,提高门诊满意度提供参考依据。方法采用分层抽样与随机抽样相结合的方式,抽取了6家三级医院、26家二级医院、23家一级医院,采用自制问卷对妇科门诊患者进行调查。结果患者期望医院提供的疾病相关健康教育需求排在前2位为治疗方案及用药、用药后异常情况与及时就医指导;文化程度越高,健康教育需求越高。期望医务人员给予个体化指导的健康教育模式需求最大,40岁以下(85.2%)、高等教育(85.5%)、一级医院患者(81.2%)、在职(78.2%)更倾向医务人员给予个体化指导。不同的教育程度人群对于健康教育的实施者之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高等教育的人群更加倾向于获得多学科协作的健康教育。一级医院与三级医院、二级医院与三级医院人群满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者期望医院提供的疾病相关健康教育需求很大,需根据不同人群特点和需求,开展多元化、多层次的健康教育服务,满足患者需求,提高门诊满意度。
Objective:To investigate the demand and satisfaction degree of patients with health education in out-patient hospitals,so as to provide reference for improving health education strategies and out-patient satisfaction.Method:6 hospitals of grade three,26 hospitals of grade two,and 23 hospitals of grade one were selected,using self-designed questionnaire investigation in gynecological clinic by means of stratified sampling and random sampling.Result:The top two disease-related health education demands of the patients from the hospitals are treatment plan,medication,abnormal situation after medication and timely medical advice.The higher the level of education,the higher the demand for health education.The greatest demand is the expectation of health education that medical personnel should give individualized guidance.Patients under 40 years old(85.2%),higher education(85.5%),patients in hospitals of grade one(81.2%),and in-service(78.2%)are more inclined to individual guidance from medical staff.The difference of health education practitioners among people with different education levels was statistically significant(P<0.05),and people with higher education were more inclined to obtain multidisciplinary health education.There were statistically significant differences in population satisfaction between hospitals of grade one and grade three,hospitals of grade two and grade three(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients highly expect that hospitals provide disease-related health education.Thus,it is necessary to carry out diversified and multi-level health education services according to the characteristics and demands of different populations so as to meet patients’needs and improve outpatient service satisfaction.
