摘要
介绍了某火力发电厂湿法烟气脱硫废水系统的构成及运行现状,为减少脱硫废水处理系统的故障率,降低脱硫废水含固率,发明了以真空皮带脱水机滤液作为脱硫废水水源的新型脱硫废水分离系统,并对脱硫废水零排放处理进行了研究探讨。本文描述的脱硫废水分离系统可供同类火电厂脱硫装置借鉴。
This paper was introducted the component and operation of Desulfurization Wastewater Treatment System of one Thermal power plant.It was invented the filtrate of the belt filter as desulfurization wastewater In order to reduce the solidity rate of desulfurization wastewater treatment system and the rate of solid content of desulfurization wastewater,Also it was discussed of the zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater treatment.The discripetion of the new desulfurization wastewater separation system was beneficial to the wet FGD of other thermal power plants。
