摘要
西镇站~青岛站区间TBM掘进隧道开挖线净距逐渐变小,左右线隧道开挖线净距由6 m逐渐减小,左右线出洞处隧道开挖线净距最小为0.56 m。右线TBM隧道先行掘进施工,待左线TBM掘进时,左线TBM撑靴需要的顶推力会对右线隧道洞壁产生较大反力,将会对小净距隧道先行掘进隧道管片及周边围岩产生较大影响。通过合理控制掘进技术参数,采取对先行洞安装可移动式台车支撑体系和管片背后注浆等措施,对先行隧道管片及周边围岩进行加固,同时加强对先行隧道管片及可移动式台车支撑体系监控量测,确保左线TBM掘进顺利通过了小净距段。
The net distance of the excavation lines is gradually reduced from 6 m to smaller between the left and right tunnel in the section of Xizhen Station and Qingdao Station,the smallest one is 0.56 m at the two exits.The right tunnel is excavated first by TBM method.When the left line is excavated by TBM,the jacking force required by the support boot of the left line will have a greater reaction to the wall of the right line,leading to a greater impact on segments and its surrounding rock of advanced excavation tunnel.Through reasonable control of the technical parameters of excavation,measures such as installing a movable platform support system and grouting behind the pipe sheet in the front hole are adopted to reinforce the front tunnel segment and the surrounding rocks,the monitoring and measurement of the front tunnel pipe and the movable platform support system are stressed,so as to ensure that the left TBM passes smoothly through the small net distance section.
