摘要
目的探究一对一助产陪护模式对于初产妇分娩结局和满意度的影响.方法选取我院分娩的初产妇126人,分成两组,每组63人.其中一组为观察组,对该组初产妇进行一对一护理模式,另一组为对照组,进行普通护理,研究两组产妇的分娩结果与满意度情况.结果观察组产程异常情况、产后出血情况以及胎儿窒息情况等明显比对照组好,可见观察组妊娠结果明显优于对照组妊娠结果;两组产妇对护理满意度评分结果对比分析,观察组护理满意度达到95.33%,而对照组护理满意度仅为71.42%,观察组对护理满意度显著高于对照组.结论研究结果表明,在初产妇分娩过程中,进行一对一助产陪护临床效果显著,可以有效提升初产妇分娩质量,降低了胎儿窒息率,因此该方法在产妇妊娠过程中值得大力推广使用.
Objective To explore the effect of one to one midwifery escort mode on the outcome and satisfaction of primipara.Methods 126 primiparas who delivered in our hospital from September 2016 to June 2017 were divided into two groups of 63 people in each group.One group was the observation group,the primipara conduct to one to one nursing mode,the other one was the control group,the general care was carried out to study the delivery outcomes and satisfaction of the two groups.Results In the observation group,abnormal labor,postpartum hemorrhage,fetal asphyxia were significantly better than the control group,the observation group was significantly better than the control group the pregnancy outcome of pregnancy outcome;analysis of two groups of contrast on nursing satisfaction score,nursing satisfaction of the observation group reached 95.33%,while the control group,nursing satisfaction was 71.42%,the observation group of the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion The research results show that in the delivery process of primipara,one to one midwifery care is effective,it can effectively improve the quality of delivery and reduce the rate of fetal asphyxia,so this method is worth popularizing in the process of maternal pregnancy.
