摘要
本文分析了准零刚度系统的力学特性,针对正负刚度弹簧刚度系数相等和均不相等两种不同的配置,得出了相应的刚度曲线。建立了准零刚度振动系统反馈控制模型,推导了该系统的幅频特性解析式,得到了两种不同配置的幅频特性曲线,观察到了幅频曲线上存在低频段和高频段两个共振区。研究了反馈增益对系统幅频特性的影响,随着反馈增益的增加,第二共振峰值逐渐减小直至消失,而第一共振峰值变化不明显。设计了低频激振下准零刚度振动系统反馈控制试验方案,研究了延时和干扰对反馈控制效果的影响,设计了延时测试试验和滤波环节。在此基础上对反馈激振力进行相位超前补偿和滤波处理,得到了不同反馈控制增益下的试验曲线。试验结果表明,具有相位超前补偿和滤波处理的反馈控制能够有效地抑制振动。
In this article,the force properties of a quasi-zero stiffness system is analysed and the stiffness curve of two different configurations is given.The quasi-zero stiffness vibration system model with feedback control is established.The amplitude frequency equation of the system is derived and the amplitude-frequen?cy curve of two different configurations is obtained.The influence of the feedback gain on the amplitude-fre?quency characteristic is investigated,the results of which show that there are two pseudo-resonant peaks,one is in the higher frequency region,and the other exists in the lower frequency region.The one in the higher fre?quency region decreases gradually to the disappearance while the one in the lower frequency region does not change obviously.The experiment of the quasi-zero stiffness vibration system with feedback control under low frequency excitation is designed.The influence of delay and interference is considered,the delay compen?sation and filtering process of the feedback exciting force are carried out.It is shown that the feedback control with the delay compensation and filtering process can effectively restrain vibration.
