摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法开发甜菜颗粒粕中铅、砷、镉、汞4种有害元素的同步检测方法。结果表明:检测方法线性范围宽、线性响应关系好(R^2均大于0.999 5),检出限低(分别为2.5、2.9、1.5、0.5μg/kg),重复性相对标准偏差小(RSD≤5.0%),加标回收率高(90.4%~102.6%),准确度和灵敏度良好。与现行标准方法相比,该方法具有快速高效、准确灵敏等优势,能实现甜菜颗粒粕中有害元素的同步精确测定。
A method for the determination of lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury in beet meal was developed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The results show that the detection method has a wide linear range, a good linear response(R^2 greater than 0.999 5), a low detection limit(2.5、2.9、1.5、0.5 μg/kg, respectively), a small repeatability relative standard deviation(RSD≤5.0%), a high recovery rate(90.4%~102.6%), and good accuracy and sensitivity. Compared with the current standard methods, the method possessed the advantages of high efficiency, accuracy and sensitivity, and can achieve the simultaneous and accurate determination of harmful elements in beet granule meal.
