悬挂式激光标线仪研制优化和测设实践

摘要 为适应三山岛金矿8000t/d采选扩建要求,提高采场测量标定效率,减少放线时间和劳动强度,提高采场作业安全系数,首次在原悬挂罗盘仪基础上探索自主加工了铝合金标杆装置及水准装置、罗盘悬挂装置、M-C20-GLX型激光器及树脂调节装置、标杆固定底座,研制了悬挂式激光标线仪并成功运用于采场施工。实践证明采用矿用悬挂式激光标线仪使用简捷,不用人工拉线悬挂,具备激光瞄直定向功能,其红外线现场标划中腰线增强精准性,根源上解决宽采幅采场及残采采场测设难度较大和技术人员偏少瓶颈难题,可选择采场相对安全地点架设,增强了作业人员安全性。 In order to meet the expansion requirements of 8000t/D Mining and dressing in Sanshandao Gold Mine,improve the efficiency of stope measurement and calibration,reduce the setting out time and labor intensity,and improve the safety factor of stope operation,the aluminum alloy benchmarking device and leveling device,the compass hanging device,the M-C20-GLX laser and resin regulating device,the benchmarking fixed base were explored and manufactured on the basis of the original hanging compass for the first time A hanging laser marking instrument has been developed and successfully applied to the stope construction.It has been proved that the hanging laser marking instrument used in mine is simple and easy to use,no need to hang manually,and it has the function of laser aiming straight and directional.Its infrared field marking middle waist line enhances accuracy,which solves the bottleneck problems of large measurement difficulty and less technical personnel in wide stope and residual stope.The relative safe place of the stope can be selected for erecting,which enhances the safety of operators.
