摘要
火龙果(Hylocereus undatus),属于热带植物,因富含大量葡萄糖,维生素等营养物质,味道清甜,备受消费者喜爱。现市场上火龙果多为杂交品种,为保持火龙果的优良特性,前人研究出组织培养方式来保证火龙果的稳定遗传。现对火龙果的组织培养方面的研究进行了总结和展望。
Hylocereus undatus, a tropical fruit, with sweet taste and rich in glucose, vitamins and other nutrients, is very popular with consumers. Most of the Hylocereus undatus on the market are hybrid varieties. Tissue culture technology can ensure the stable inheritance,and maintain the excellent characteristics of Hylocereus undatus. This article gives a summary and prospect of the previous researches on tissue culture of Hylocereus undatus.
