摘要
近些年,在"互联网+"大背景下,我国大力发展电子招标采购,电子招投标成为现今及以后建设工程市场招投标活动发展改革的重要趋势。从建设工程投标文件组成角度出发,分别针对资信标、技术标以及商务标在电子招投标系统中的编制方法进行了研究,以期对实践工作有所助益。
In recent years,under the development of "internet plus",the electronic bidding procurement is getting widely adopted in China,and the electronic bidding is the inexorable trend for development and reform of bidding activities in construction projects. Aiming at the composition of construction project bidding documents,the compiling methods of credit bid,technical bid and commercial bid in the electronic bidding system are mainly studied. It is expected that the study can provide references for the practical work.
