摘要
以复合土岩地层中的地铁深基坑工程为背景,分析基坑开挖对既有管廊结构的影响特点,为保证既有管廊结构的安全提出3种隔离方案,采用数值模拟仿真的手段分析了3种方案下的管廊变形规律和围岩状态。研究发现:1)提高临近管廊侧的基坑围护结构强度,对保护既有管廊安全效果不理想,管廊侧壁结构变形达3.6 cm;2)在管廊与基坑之间注浆加固,对提高土体稳定状态有利,但对稳固管廊变形效果不佳,管廊结构变形仍达2.4 cm;3)在管廊与基坑之间设置隔离排桩,对控制土体塑性变形和管廊结构水平位移具有显著效果。课题研究结果可为同类工程提供理论指导和施工借鉴。
Taking as background the subway deep foundation pit engineering in composite soil and rock strata,the characteristics of the influence of foundation pit excavation on the structure of existing pipeline gallery are analyzed,three isolation schemes are puts forward to ensure the safety of existing pipeline gallery structure,and the deformation law and surrounding rock state of pipeline gallery under the three schemes are analyzed by means of numerical simulation.The results show that:1)increasing the strength of the retaining structure of the foundation pit adjacent to the side of the pipe gallery is not ideal for protecting the safety of the existing pipe gallery,and the deformation of the side wall of the pipe gallery reaches 3.6 cm;2)Grouting reinforcement between the pipe gallery and the foundation pit is beneficial to improving the stability of the soil,but the effect of stabilizing the deformation of the pipe gallery is not good,and the deformation of the pipe gallery structure is still 2.4 cm;3)The isolation row piles between the corridor and the foundation pit have significant effect on controlling the plastic deformation of soil and the horizontal displacement of the pipe corridor structure.The results can provide theoretical and construction references for similar projects.
