摘要
住宅区边界空间是城市空间的重要构成。沪东住宅区经过50年的发展,其工人新村边界空间历经数次转变,形成如今丰富多样的形态特征。文章在对工人新村边界特征与演变背景进行梳理的基础上,通过将2018年沪东住宅区边界空间状况及1958年规划设计方案进行对比,从边界空间的密度、连续性、多样性和渗透性三个方面,探讨了沪东住宅区边界空间的变化与成因。
Boundary space is a key component of urban public space.In the Shanghai Eastern Residential Area,the past 50 years saw several changes in the boundary space of the workers'settlements and formed its current various morphological characteristics.This paper,based on the analysis of the characteristics and evolving background of the boundary space,compares the map of the Shanghai Eastern residential area in 2018 with its original plan in 1958 and discusses the changing trends and the reasons for the formation of the boundary space from the aspects of density,continuity,diversity,and permeability.
