通过对高速公路建设项目工程实际中出现的变更与索赔管理问题,进行深入的探讨,从而在实际施工中发现问题解决问题。工程变更与索赔管理存在较强的特殊性,这项工作是对于工程项目时间与成本消耗把握的重要环节。
Through in-depth discussion on the changes and claims management problems in the actual construction of expressway construction projects,problems are solved in actual construction.There are strong specialities in engineering change and claim management.This work is an important part of grasping the project time and cost.
