摘要
现代社会经济的不断发展对我国建筑工程提出了更高的要求,在开展具体工作时,造价管理是企业经济效益的重要保障,必须对其进行科学控制,使其更好地满足现代建筑行业发展需求。分析了造价管理的具体价值和影响因素,然后以此为基础,进一步探究管理策略。
The continuous development of modern social economy puts forward higher requirements for China’s construction projects. When carrying out specific work,cost management is an important guarantee for the economic benefits of enterprises,and it must be scientifically controlled to better meet modern architecture. Firstly,the specific value and influencing factors of cost management are analyzed,and then based on this,the management strategy is further explored.
