摘要
为保证房屋建筑的质量,在房屋建筑施工中需重点关注防渗漏问题。房屋渗漏会影响到房屋建筑的屋面、外墙等结构与功能,对房屋建筑的使用质量与寿命带来不利影响,同时也难以保证房屋的安全性与稳定性。因此,在房屋建筑施工过程中,需科学应用防渗漏施工技术,并根据常见的渗漏类型来对房屋进行防渗漏处理,以降低完工后房屋建筑出现渗漏问题的概率,充分体现防渗漏施工技术在房屋建筑施工中的重要性。基于此,首先分析了房屋建筑施工常见渗漏问题及其原因,并对防渗漏施工技术的类型与重要性进行阐述,最后探讨了防渗漏施工技术在房屋建筑施工中的应用,可为建筑行业持续健康发展提供参考。
In order to ensure the quality of housing construction,attention must be paid to the problem of leakage prevention in the construction of buildings. House leakage will affect the structure and function of the roof and exterior wall of the building,which will adversely affect the quality and life of the building,and it will also be difficult to ensure the safety and stability of the house. Therefore,in the process of building construction,it is necessary to scientifically apply anti-leakage construction technology,and to perform anti-leakage treatment on the house according to common types of leakage,in order to reduce the probability of leakage problems in the housing building after completion,and fully reflect the importance of seepage construction technology in building construction.Based on this,this article ?rst analyzes common leakage problems and their causes in building construction,then explains the types and importance of seepage prevention construction technology,and ?nally discusses the application of seepage prevention construction technology in building construction. Provide references for the sustainable and healthy development of the construction industry.
