摘要
房屋建筑出现漏水问题主要在于建筑企业对相关技术及质量把控相对缺乏,在建设过程中,需加强防渗漏技术的研究,制订有效的管理措施,从而更好地保证房屋建筑整体建设质量。基于此,主要从房屋建筑施工防水渗漏重要性入手,对当前渗漏位置及原因进行了有效的分析,并在此基础上提出了有效的防范措施,希望可为相关工作人员提供一定参考。
The main problem of water leakage in housing construction lies in the relative lack of relevant technology and quality control in construction enterprises.In the process of construction,it is necessary to strengthen the research of anti leakage technology,formulate effective management measures,so as to better ensure the overall construction quality of housing construction.Based on this,this paper mainly starts with the importance of building construction waterproof leakage,analyzes the current leakage location and causes,and puts forward effective preventive measures on this basis,hoping to provide some reference for relevant staff.
