摘要
系统地研究了水洗除尘灰配入烧结对烧结矿组成特性影响,重点对物相组成、显微结构以及烧结矿成品率进行了研究。实验表明,除尘灰配入烧结量小于20%时,对烧结矿物相组分影响不显著;除尘灰掺杂量为10%?20%时可使烧结矿中的交织溶蚀结构和铁酸钙含量增加,有利于增强烧结矿强度,即使除尘灰掺入量增加至20%,烧结矿的成品率仍能保持在70%以上,为水洗除尘灰配入烧结的实际应用供了依据。
This paper systematically studied the influence of water washing dust mixed with sintering on sinter composition,with emphasis on phase composition,microstructure and sinter yield.The experimental results showed that when the amount of dust was less than 20%,it had no significanl effect on the phase composition of sinter;when the amount of dust was 10%?20%,it could increase the interwoven corrosion structure and the content of ralcium ferrite in sinter,which is beneficial to enhance the strength of sinter.Even if the amount of dust was increased to 20%,the sinter yield could still be kept above 70%.It provided a basis for the practical application of water washing dust mixed with sintering.
